Rayburn College has been approved to raise NCC Airforce Wing.
With the approval of Additional Director General (ADG) NCC Directorate, Northeastern Region (NER) Shillong, Rayburn College has been approved to raised the NCC Airforce Wing under 1(Manipur) Air Squadron NCC.
It is indeed a great opportunity for Rayburn College to run the largest youth organisation in the world in the Hill District of Manipur with Army and Airforce Wing of the National Cadet Corps (NCC).
Special appreciation and gratitude to the Principal of the College, Rev. Dr. Khen P Tombing, Dr. Kh. Thianminlian Vaiphei, Vice-Principal, Lt. Suan Hauzel, ANO, Rayburn College NCC, for all the tireless efforts.
Rayburn College NCC has been recognised as one of the most active participating NCC Unit in the State, Directorate, and National level for their excellence in the field of different kinds of NCC activities.
