We are deeply saddened by the untimely passing of our student, LCPL John Khaiminlun Touthang, B.A. 4th Semester, Roll No. 40, Department of Sociology, of Rayburn College, who passed away this morning at around 7:00 AM due to pneumonia.
He was a sincere and respectful student, and a proud NCC Cadet (Army Wing) of Rayburn College who served with discipline and dedication. His sudden loss has left our college family heartbroken.

We extend our heartfelt condolences to his family and loved ones.
May his soul rest in eternal peace.
