MoU with North East Institute of Social Science & Research (NEISSR)

Rayburn College (Autonomous) and the North East Institute of Social Science & Research (NEISSR) have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the period 2025–2030. This partnership aims to foster academic cooperation and mutual growth in areas of shared interest.

The MoU outlines collaboration in several key areas, including the exchange of teachers and students, organization of joint workshops, symposiums, seminars, and conferences, as well as active participation in community service programs. A significant highlight of this agreement is the establishment of a Peace Chair in Churachandpur, Manipur, reflecting both institutions’ commitment to peacebuilding and social harmony in the region.

This collaboration marks a significant step forward in promoting interdisciplinary learning, fostering regional cooperation, and nurturing a spirit of academic and social engagement.
