On 17th December 2025, Rayburn College has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India (ICFAI) University, Mizoram, to foster academic collaboration and institutional development. The MOU encompasses various areas of cooperation aimed at benefiting faculty members and students of both institutions, with a strong focus on quality enhancement in teaching, learning, research, and extension activities.

The collaboration includes faculty and student exchange programmes, joint academic and research initiatives, seminars, workshops, skill development programmes, curriculum enrichment, and other mutually agreed activities. This partnership is expected to strengthen academic excellence, promote innovation, and provide enhanced learning opportunities. The MOU marks a significant step towards building long-term academic partnerships and promoting holistic development through shared resources and expertise.
