The fieldwork conducted on 25th October 2025 by the B.A. 3rd Semester, Department of Geography (UG), focused on geomorphic features and processes. We observed a rock quarry showing exfoliation weathering, folding, bedding planes, and various sedimentary structures such as ripple marks and cross-lamination.
These features reflect both tectonic activity and surface processes that shape the landscape. The field experience helped us connect classroom knowledge with real-world geomorphic understanding.
