The certificate distribution ceremony for the B08-2025 Batch of the Digital Literacy Course (DLC) / CCC under NIELIT Rayburn College was successfully held on 12th January, 2026 at Computer Lab 1, IT Centre, Rayburn College (Autonomous). The event marked another milestone in promoting digital literacy and equipping learners with essential computing skills.
The programme was presided over by Mr. Ginsianmuang Tombing, Faculty (IT) and IT Centre In-Charge, Rayburn College who also presented certificates to the participants.
