
The certificate distribution ceremony for the 7th Batch of the Digital Literacy Course (DLC) / CCC under NIELIT Rayburn College was successfully held on 4th July 2025 at Computer Lab 2, IT Centre, Rayburn College (Autonomous). The event marked another milestone in promoting digital literacy and equipping learners with essential computing skills.
The programme was presided over by Mr. Ginsianmuang Tombing, Faculty (IT) and IT Centre In-Charge, who also presented certificates to the participants. In his address, Mr. Tombing congratulated the learners for their dedication and successful completion of the course. He highlighted the growing significance of digital proficiency in an increasingly technology-driven world and encouraged the participants to apply their newly acquired skills to support digital transformation within their communities.
The DLC/CCC programme continues to serve as a valuable initiative aimed at empowering students and community members with foundational knowledge in computing and digital applications, enabling them to adapt and thrive in the digital era.
