Certificate Distribution Programme for Computer Applications Associate (CAA) Batch-B02-2024

The Information Technology Centre, Rayburn College (Autonomous) successfully organized the Certificate Distribution Programme for the Computer Applications Associate (CAA) Batch-B02-2024 on 19 August 2025. The programme was held to recognize and celebrate the successful completion of the Computer Applications Associate course by the enrolled participants.

The programme was hosted by Mr. Ginsianmuang Tombing, IT Manager, who welcomed the faculty members, and students. In his opening remarks, he congratulated the trainees for successfully completing the course and highlighted the importance of acquiring practical computer skills in today's technology-driven world. He encouraged the students to continue upgrading their digital competencies and make effective use of the knowledge gained during the training.

The Certificates of Completion were formally distributed by Mr. Velthangkhum Hauzel, Assistant Professor, Department of History and Senior Faculty, Rayburn College (Autonomous). In his address, he congratulated the successful candidates and emphasized the significance of computer literacy as an essential skill for higher education, professional development, and employment opportunities. He encouraged the students to remain committed to lifelong learning and to utilize their acquired skills responsibly and productively.

The Computer Applications Associate (CAA) programme provided participants with comprehensive training in essential computer applications, including computer fundamentals, operating systems, word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, internet applications, email communication, and digital productivity tools. The course was designed to strengthen participants' practical computer skills and enhance their employability in the digital era.
