World Autism Awareness Day 2026

The department of psychology in collaboration with Centre for Comunity Initiative (CCI) observed World Autism Awareness day on 2nd April.
The department organised a walk for awareness along the streets of Lamka followed by intervention workshop from experts. Autism screening for children was also available along with the intervention program. A total of 28 children were screened for Autism Spectrum Disorder and referred to psychiatrist for further diagnosis on that day.
