The 65 Manipur Girls Battalion NCC, organized the Combined Annual Training Camp (CATC) at Bethany Christian College, Churachandpur, from 01 December to 07 December 2025 in connection with the upcoming ‘A’, ‘B’ and ‘C’ Certificate Examinations 2025.
The camp was conducted to prepare cadets academically, physically, and mentally for the NCC Certificate Examinations. Cadets from Churachandpur College, Rayburn High School, Bethany Christian College, Lyzon Friendship School, and Rayburn College participated in the camp. A total of 224 cadets attended, including candidates for ‘A’, ‘B’, and ‘C’ certificates.
During the seven-day camp, cadets underwent intensive training sessions which included drill, weapon training, map reading, field craft, physical training, leadership development, and written test preparation. Special emphasis was laid on discipline, teamwork, and personality development. Practical demonstrations, lectures by NCC officers, and revision classes were conducted to strengthen both theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
The camp was conducted under the supervision of NCC officers and Associate NCC Officers (ANO/CTOs). Attendance was strictly monitored, as participation in CATC is a mandatory requirement for appearing in the NCC Certificate Examination.
The event concluded with a briefing session highlighting examination guidelines and the importance of maintaining NCC values of Unity and Discipline. The camp successfully enhanced the confidence, competence, and readiness of the cadets for their forthcoming certificate examinations.
